The villa is a large two story 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom luxury villa that is air conditioned and heated. Most rooms have ceiling fans and the villa has a further approx. 500 + sq. feet of screened pool and deck area for your enjoyment.

Upon entering the villa you will see the large and spacious formal living room and dining room which is furnished to a very high standard as are all the rooms in our villa. The separate dining area allows you to be that little bit more formal. From there you enter the family room which is open plan with ample living space. The open plan area consists of living room with TV and access to over 70 channels and big comfy sofas for you to relax on plus one of the sofas in the formal living room doubles as a sofa bed should you need the extra sleeping space.

From there you have easy access to the Kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a large Fridge/Freezer with ice and chilled water dispenser, Cooker, Microwave and Dishwasher. The kitchen also has a breakfast bar along with another seperate dining area for the whole family to enjoy. There is also a utility room just off the kitchen area that has a large washing machine and a separate matching tumble dryer as well as a half bathroom.

The Master Bedroom has a king sized bed with a en-suite bathroom with a spa/jacuzzi bath tub and ample closet space. The 4 bedrooms have been furnished to give flexible sleeping accommodations for up to 8 people. The 2nd bedroom features a queen sized bed, has an en-suite bathroom and again ample closet space. The 3rd and 4th bedrooms both have twin beds, large closets and have access to a shared bathroom.

The private pool at the rear of our villa has a separate spa/jacuzzi from the main swimming area as well as electric pool heating. So no matter what time of year you visit us you can always count on getting into a warm swimming pool. There is also a half bathroom off the pool area which provides easy access for people who are in the pool and need to use the bathroom. This bathroom also doubles up as a lower level bathroom as it features full washroom facilities.
